Order Information

Do I need an account to buy things on Hanobiz?

– Yes. You need an account. If you don’t have an account, create an account before purchasing.
– See below to know how to create an account on Hanobiz.

How do I place an order?

– Click on the product which you intended to buy.
– Select the number of quantities you need to buy.
– Click buy now, it will be redirected to the checkout page.
– If you haven’t logged in, Login to proceed with the order.
– Fill the Delivery address and contact phone number.
– Select the payment method
– COD – You pay when the order arrives at home
– Payhere – Pre payments (Card, Ez cash, mCash etc.)
– You’ll receive a SMS and email notifying your order confirmation.

How do I cancel an order?

– You can cancel the order before shipping (you have to wait until the order arrives to your delivery address to cancel after order has been handed over to the third-party logistics).
– Go to your account.
– Click on orders.
– Click the order you want to cancel.
– Click on cancel.
– Cancellation will be approved by an employee after confirmation and it will be notified to you via a SMS and email.

How do I track an order?

– Click on “Track your order” (It will be redirected to a tracking page)
– Enter your Hanobiz order number.
– The status of the order will be displayed.
– * Tracking number will be assigned after processing your order by Hanobiz.

How do I return/ exchange an item?

– Return/ Exchange can be initiated after successful delivery.
– Contact us via a customer care phone number or whatsapp for returns.
– After confirmation, you’ll send the item back to us via Third party logistics to Hanobiz.
– Replacement item will be sent you after we received your return item.

Shipping Information

Is shipping charge included in product price?

– No, Shipping charge will be added to the order on checkout page.
– Shipping will be calculated based on the weight.
– Certain products will be excluded from shipping and it will be eligible for free shipping.

* Free shipping items will be displayed as free shipping.

What Shipping methods are available?

– Currently regular shipping method only available.
– All the Hanobiz orders are currently shipped by Third party logistics (Koombiyo).
– Shipping will be handled by Hanobiz.

How long will it take to get my order?

– On average 2 – 7 days will be taken to deliver the package.
